Completed by registered property managers, a RentersQ Record (TM) makes a tenant's payment and maintenance history available online to prospective lessors. The information enables lessors to evaluate financial and property risk before signing an agreement. Landlords may assess tenants in several areas. After a RenterQ Record is completed, a predictive intelligence platform scores the data. The system rates the individual's desirability as a tenant on a scale of zero to one hundred percent.

Once published, a RentersQ Record is available for seven years; individuals may dispute their RentersQ Record.
